Registers lunarphp/table-rate-shipping's ShippingPlugin on CorePlugin
Adds Modules\Core\MigrateImport: boboko:migrate:import command, source-agnostic
Importer/ImportSpec/ImporterFactory, import_mappings idempotency table, and a
full Shopify CSV export importer (10 resolvers) verified end-to-end against a
real 183-product export
Adds docs/shopify-import.md, docs/lunar.md Gotchas section, and CONTRIBUTE.md
